Blessed game August 16, 2010 Joao Paulo P. Santos (Portugal) Great game. You can't stop play and play. The graphics are fantastic, the teams (not only the ones that were in South Africa), the datails are the best, etc., and etc. The best football game ever.
best football game ive played July 31, 2010 adam this game is fantasic the best football game i have ever played , if you are a fan of the fifa world cup or any international football this is the game for you , with a vast amount of countrys to play as all over the world , vast amounts of stadia ,and the atmosphere is fantasic were ever you play if in south africa atmosphere is different for example if playing at wembley you got the england band in the back ground , or if your playing istanbul against turkey the atmosphere is much more hostile , and the road to south africa 2010 is great you start with a few friendlys and then in to the quailfers , then onto the world cup itself i am very impressed by this game and hope fifa 11 is if not better a certain game for football fans to buy
Great online, not so great otherwise July 27, 2010 Ms. Jade M. Hodson (england) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
the game is very fun online, the game is set in south africa and has many references to this (snakes, vuvuzelas, Mandela etc.....)
The game is another fine example of what the console is capable of and if you like fifa games then this is not really too different from the other recent titles. James Brown does not make any appearance in this game, which is kinda disappointing but instead there is James Milner (not quite a fair swap?!?!?!?!?)
I would recommend that you play this game whilst wearing a bandanna. Also you may feel the need to begin throwing yourself on the floor after playing this (for obvious reasons).
Journey to Africa's World Cup July 14, 2010 Pedro Oliveira (Porto) First Fifa I'be bought ever ... and it is fantastic. I'll totally buy the next Fifa as soon as I can.
Great purchase.
Yet another FIFA Title with bugs in it! July 11, 2010 P. Tilley (England) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This must be the seventh or eighth FIFA title that has had bugs in it. The last two games 09 and 10 had problems with saving in manager mode. Despite pretending that it was not a big problem I was advised by the EA Sports helpline that these problems were known and that a fix would be out 'soon'.
As the FIFA games are lovely to look at and have all the official teams, players and stadia I normally tent to tolerate these bugs, but for such a 'seasonal' game, and bearing in mind it couldn't load any of the game saves I'd made I just sent this game back.
Full credit to Amazon who gave me a full refund without any quibbles.
For the record I received this game before the World Cup tournament started, and due to the bug it was sent back within 48 hours.
It must be time for EA Sports for learn to release a game that works properly out of the box without using the consumers as live testers for yet more bugs!
