I remember seeing Yes Minister and it's sequal Yes Prime Minister when they were first aired. The mixture of dry wit and farce I believe has produced one of the most enduring of comedy classic TV series. I often cried with laughter when I first saw them and they continue to produce peels of laughter despite knowing what is coming next. When it has been a 'bad day at the office' and it is raining 'cats and dogs' put on these DVD's and forget it all.

Missed most of these when they were on TV but have had a great time catching up. Had forgotten just how funny the programme was. Would recommend for the long winter evenings ahead when summer's just a distant memory.
